A disturbing new report shows that a mentally disordered doctor allegedly murdered her three daughters in their New Zealand home-only a few weeks after their family moved there from South Africa. 

According to Stuff.co.nz, 40-year-old orthopedic doctor Lauren Dickason killed her 2-year-old twins Maya and Maya in Parkside, a suburb of Timaru on Thursday. Karla and their 6-year-old sister Liane. 

According to media reports, Dicarson was charged with the killing late Friday local time and will appear in Timaru District Court on Saturday morning.

Maria Mandy Sibanyoni worked as a caretaker for the child for three years at her home in Pretoria. She told the Sunday Times that she was "shocked" by what happened.

She said: "I have never seen any quarrel or anything in that family." "We treat each other as family. I am also family. There is nothing wrong."

She said that the last time she talked with Lauren was in June, when her family was preparing to move to New Zealand.

"The last time I saw her, everything was fine and she was very happy that she could go," Sibanyoni said. "We have experienced a lot with Lauren. I was always with her and told her not to stress for the children, especially one [because of her lip problems, who underwent several operations], and to trust the Lord. I am relying on her shoulders."
