The core of the series is technological enhancements, which can bring significant performance advantages, all goals are to produce higher quality results in a shorter time and less trouble than competing products.

It all starts with a clean and consistent paint line. Thanks to the specially formulated adhesive, FrogTape high-performance masking tape can produce clear edges, and can be removed cleanly without sticky residue for up to three days after being exposed to heat and ultraviolet rays.
The finely structured crepe paper and high-quality PVC backing of these tapes provide an exceptionally smooth surface finish, a good hand feel, and allow easy and wrinkle-free bonding around the curved and irregular surfaces of large vehicles and heavy industrial equipment.
They are also strong enough to withstand the harsh chemicals in primers and gel coats, as well as the heat generated by the baking cycle. Cleaning up is a breeze, thanks to the durability that will not tear or shred when the tape is removed.

The FrogTape high-performance masking tape series includes three medium and high adhesion masking tapes for water-based and solvent-based coatings. They are rated for three levels of baking temperature and are suitable for a wide range of applications:
FrogTape 225 Gold — a thin tape with high consistency that can withstand temperatures up to 225 F for 30 minutes
FrogTape 250 light blue-a thin tape with balanced consistency and durability that can withstand temperatures up to 250 F for 30 minutes
FrogTape 325 Pink-a thicker tape with maximum durability and can withstand temperatures up to 325 F for 30 minutes
In addition, two Shurtape fine-thread masking tapes provide fine-stripe and fine-thread finishing tapes with a medium-adhesion design:
FLC 280 Blue-a fine thread tape with high consistency that can withstand temperatures up to 280 F for 45 minutes; suitable for tight radius curves
FLS 325 Yellow-a high-durability thin thread tape that can withstand temperatures up to 325 F for 45 minutes; suitable for long straight lines and soft curves
